My story

I have  had an exceptional possibility to work my entire 38 years career ( so far) in the international business context, in different positions and had several challenging leadership duties.  I have  lived over 16  years on four continents, in six countries. During the years and working in innovative international organisations, with world class leaders and managers  I have gained strong experience in domestic and international business and line management. I feel a deep interest in technologies related to mining & construction, forestry and agricultural machinery and technology solutions, the marine industry and energy business and  logistic technologies, I am a devoted circular economy and new technologies (AR / AI) evangelist but feet on the ground.  I have C-level experience ( CEO) in several countries, worked extensively in international sales & marketing,  and operational functions (production, logistics, and  SCM).

 

I am today an active business developer and  a board professional in listed and private companies. Certified Turnaround Management Consultant and an IEEE associate in Finland. Passionate about  assisting  idling and slow moving companies to boost their businesses. I have served as a Member of the  Board and as Chairman of the Board in Finland, England, Mexico, Norway and Estonia.
